Return Policy Introduction
0.1. You may return defective, damaged or incorrect items, dimensional deviations and color mismatches.
0.2. Please understand, inappropriate wigs, but in accordance with the specifications you ordered, can not be returned or exchanged.
0.3. “Everything works, but I do not like it”, you will not be able to redeem or refund it.
Note: For detailed return policy, please read the following policy carefully.
1. General Return Policy
1.1. We will not refund unconditionally. You will need to provide pictures to explain the problem in as much detail as possible and take a photo of your wigs before delivery to avoid fraud.
1.2. Contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt of your item to initiate the return procedure.
1.3. We accept products as they are, and we can not process any products returned without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of the shipment, you will need to contact Customer Service to contact us and receive a “Product Return” form that must be included in your package. Any refunds that have not been approved by us can not be refunded or exchanged.
1.4. Misdirected Products: Once we have confirmed your misstated shipment (shipped items are not items ordered), we will be responsible for the exchange of items. You can also return and get a full refund.
1.5. Wrong color: If the color you receive is not the one you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.
Please note that we do not accept any color artifacts caused by your monitor or weather conditions.
2. Cancellation policy
We know that ordering wigs for your special occasion is a very important thing, and our cancellation policy is something to keep in mind. However, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made and materials can not be reused once the customization process has started. The good news is that after placing an order, you still have time to change your mind. For more details, see the cancellation policy below.
2.1. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 3 days. We receive hundreds of test orders daily, which our members are using to quote certain shopping cart contents and save invoices for later reference.
2.2. Orders canceled within 6 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.3. Orders canceled 6 to 12 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping charges and 90% purchase price of the product, to cover the material costs.
2.4. Orders canceled within 12 to 24 hours after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund, including 70% of the total shipping and product purchase price, to cover the material costs and the necessary labor costs.
2.5. Orders canceled more than 24 hours after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of the purchase price of the product, with the exact refund depending on the cancellation date), including full shipping costs.
2.6. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
2.7. Orders not paid within 72 hours will be automatically canceled by our system.

3. Return a replacement or refund
Your satisfaction is of crucial importance to our team. After your package arrives, it is advisable to check the product
If you want to return, make sure they are in their original condition – undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, label intact.
3.1. Defective, damaged or mishandled items
If your item is defective, damaged or mishandled, you qualify. If you think your item was damaged during delivery, you must first obtain a “loss of certification” document from your shipping carrier that needs to be included in the returned package.
If you want to refund, you need to pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. After the return, we will check this wig to ensure that this defect is our responsibility and we will give you a full refund within 16-20 days. However, if the defect is within 10%, we can only give you a 20% -50% partial refund. We hope you understand.
3.2. Adjust or fit the problem
Since all our wigs are hand-sewn and custom made, there may be a small margin of error in specifying the size
3.2.1. Size deviation
If your wig size differs from your order size by more than an inch, feel free to choose from the following options:
Encourage you to find a local mechanic to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to 10% of the price of the product as a cut-off cost. If you choose this option, remember to request a custom mechanic for a receipt because a receipt copy must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
You can send this wig back free, but you have to pay the return shipping cost. (Without customer service confirmation, we do not accept your case.)
3.2.2 Wigs are the size of your order, but not suitable
Please understand, inappropriate wigs, but in accordance with the specifications you ordered, can not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that if your order specifications differ too much from the final size requirements, you may not be able to resize them.
Note: We do not accept any returns or refunds if properly dimensioned, based on your own order information, which is the actual size of the measurement error yourself. We recommend that you customize your size, but do not choose the standard size, measured by a professional local tailor.
3.3. Color does not match
The settings on your computer screen may change the color of the pictures displayed on our site. A slight chromatic aberration in your wig, the color shown on the screen may not mean that the wig is defective or not properly transported. However, if you believe that the color of the product you received is incorrect, please contact Customer Service to see if you can return it or refund it.
Note: Based on the color information on the order, we will not accept any returns or refunds if the colors are correct. If you like the colors shown on the image, select the “Show as images” option instead of the one you want.
4. Special policy
4.1. Please note that items returned in an unacceptable state will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you.
4.2. If your return or refund is accepted, we will send you a return address. Please do not return to our company’s address or express address. Our quality control department will check your return items, but not the main company, authorized stores or factories. If you return to the wrong address, the item will be shipped back to you.
4.3. If you select “Quick Order” on our website, the express order fee will not be refunded.
4.4. When the return, replacement or refund is accepted, the customer bear the return shipping costs.
4.5. All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, and all credit card payments will only be refunded to the original credit card.
4.6. Please note that due to different numbers, sizes, colors and other factors, custom wigs can not be exactly the same wigs as our models. If you care about this, please do not buy it.
5. Return process
5.1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to submit the return request. Please include instructions and photos explaining the reason for your return.
Please note that returns are not accepted without the prior approval of our customer service department.
5.2. Once our customer service approves your request, we will provide you with the return address and the required product return form, which will be included in your return. After receiving the form, please send an e-mail through your local post office within 3-5 working days. Includes product returns and your return. Please do not use courier companies such as UPS, DHL or FedEx to return, because we will not pay the customs fees that may result.
5.3. Your return will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of our facilities. Once you have confirmed and checked your returns, please allow up to two billing cycles to be credited to your account.
